Neil Timm is well known to Winterton amd District Gardeners club . Many of us have visited the Fern Nursery at BInbrook and added his ferns to our gardens. His talk tonight is about the exciting range of gardens to visit in Lincolshire. Sadly a few gardens have closed in recent years but Neil will offer inspiration about possible visits to venues across the county.

Hannah Sylvester – Medicinal Plants
19:30 15th April 2026. Something different, Hannah Syslvester is a highly experienced Medical Herbalist and wild nature guide from Lincolnshire. She helps people nurture and grow deeper connection and more confident interaction with the wild plants and trees on their doorstep.
June 18th 2025 Garden Club Visit to Mystery garden
On June 18th 2025 members of the Gardening club and guests viisits the local garden with a spectacular display of bonsai. We hade a lovely evening and raised £100 for the Air Ambulance. A big thanks to the hosts for the evening. A number of members have a newly kindles intest in Bonsai.
Paul Czartovski. – Hostas
19:30 21st May 2025. We are delighted to welcome Paul Czartovskian to introduce the world of Hostas. Among the best of all foliage plants (summer flowers are a bonus), hostas vary from large plants to more diminutive types that are suitable for rock gardens.

Gail has an extensive collection of these plants and there may be the opportunity for you to purchase one of these beautiful indoor plants
Kevin Foster – Succulents and how to succeed

Although succulents have mainl bee seen as house plants there is a growing awareness of how many vaieties can be grown outside in the summer months, where their colours and textures can add much to a summer display!

Paul Maxey – Radio Humberside gardening expert and owner of Scothern Nurseries
19:30 15th January 2005. Paul is a Radio Humberside Garden presenters. He is also the owner of Scothern Nurseries, just to the north of Lincoln, which sells a wide array of seasonal items such as bedding plants and hanging baskets etc.
